Audience awareness

The author of this article claims that the way that an author writes should be towards the audience they are writing to. For example, if you are writing to a group of children you are not going to use the same phrases and words that you would use if you were writing to a group of college students. You have to analyze the way children write, read, and respond to text to be able to fully aware and reach your audience.
